Be careful with your initial text.
Your order can go into work and be published within minutes.
It’s crucial to provide the final version you want published from the start.
The publisher will rely on this version. Once the publisher posts the text you submitted, the order is considered fulfilled, and the publisher has the right to receive payment and close the order.
Editing depends on the order stage and the media’s capabilities.
Stage 0 — Draft (Before Sending to Publisher)
After placing your order, prepaid media appears as a button in your account.
Once you click it for the first time, the order becomes a Draft and opens a Chat with the publisher.
You can edit your text in this stage and click Send to publisher.
You can also discuss with the publisher your planned order and conditions even before sending your text to them, ask them any questions you need.
Stage 1 — On Reviews or In Progress
Now your text is being processed by the Publisher. You can:
Request minor edits via the chat OR
Ask the publisher to return the order to "To Make Changes" so you can revise it and send it again.
⚠️ Note: For some media, even at this stage, the publication process may already be underway, making edits difficult or impossible.
Stage 2 — Article to Approve (Article is already online , waiting for your check and confirmation)
The article is live, but not yet confirmed. Check that it matches the text you submitted and the agreed terms (links, conditions, etc.).
You can click "Request Changes" if you notice errors or want minor edits. The publisher will let you know if the changes are possible.
Keep in mind: the publisher’s obligation is to publish the text you initially submitted under the agreed conditions. Any extra changes are subject to their discretion.
Once the publisher responds, the status returns to "Article to Approve", and you can confirm it, the order becomes Published and Chat with the Publisher is no longer available.
You have 2 business days to Request Changes. If you don’t act, the system automatically approves the order. Messaging the publisher in chat alone does not stop this process—only clicking Request Changes does.
Stage 3 — After Published
If the article has already been published and you want to make changes after this point, see the section Can I make changes to the published content?
After publication, you no longer have chat access to the publisher and must contact your manager or PRNEWS.IO support for any edits.
