Stage 1 — In Progress (Before Publishing)

At this stage, you can request edits to your article. Just ask about this in the order chat.
Please note: the publisher may already be working on the article or have submitted it to be published. Edits will be possible only if the publisher confirms this possibility.

Stage 2 — Awaiting Approval (After the Article Goes Online, but Before Final Confirmation)

The article is already live, but not yet confirmed. You can still request changes:

  • If there's an error or a mismatch with agreed conditions

  • If changes are optional (e.g. new wording, links), the publisher may:

    • Accept and apply the changes;

    • Request an extra fee;

    • Refuse changes due to their policy or technical limits.

If the changes are successfully implemented, you are required to check and approve within 2 business days.
If no action is taken, the system will automatically approve the order on your behalf.

If the publisher refuses to make the requested changes, the system will also automatically confirm the publication. The order will then be considered closed and non-refundable.

Stage 3 — After the Article Is Published

Please see: “Can I make changes to the published content?” for full details.
