Once your article is published online, you’ll receive a notification by email with the link.
The order status in your Account will change from In Progress to Article to approve.
Article is already online. The client performs a final check if the result matches the text submitted and the agreed terms (links, conditions, comments etc.).
Sub-loop: Client may Request Changes / article goes to Waiting for Changes – if they notice errors or want minor edits. The publisher will make all changes needed according to the initial task and/or will reply if the additional changes are possible.
⚠️ Note: Client has 2 business days to Request Changes. If client doesn’t act, the system automatically approves the order. Messaging the publisher in chat alone does not stop this process—only clicking Request Changes does.
Then the status changes to Published: The final stage, the order is completedm chat with the Publisher is no longer available.
After Published, client no longer has chat access to the publisher and must contact their manager or PRNEWS.IO support for any edits.
