Here’s what happens with your prepaid service:
Funds are returned to your account in two cases:
If the publication refused to run your content. You will receive an email with details and reasons for the refusal.
If you didn’t submit your text for a long time and, meanwhile, the price or conditions of the media changed.
In any case, you can choose another media outlet. You can do this yourself or contact a manager who can help you pick a suitable media by topic and cost.
If you haven’t submitted your text yet, your prepaid service is visible in your transaction history and as a button in your account. Once you click the button for the first time, it becomes a draft and opens a chat with the publisher where you can ask questions or upload your text.
