How to Place an Order

Choose sites or services
​Select the websites or services you need.
If you ordered media planning, simply follow your expert’s recommendations.

Add to cart
​Add the chosen media and services to your shopping cart. Proceed to payment

Set up billing profile
Enter your billing details correctly (country, address, etc.). This will unlock the available payment methods for you.

Make payment
Pay using your preferred method:
- Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Alipay, Crypto (instant),
- Wire Transfer, Payoneer (may take a few days).

If payment succeeds, you’ll receive an automatic email notification.

If it fails, check with your bank (insufficient funds, 3D verification, etc.).

Upload content
​After payment, upload your ready-made texts or, if you ordered copywriting, fill in a brief directly in your account.

Track & documents

In your Transaction History, you can track successful and failed payments, download invoices, and receipts.
