1. Will my information be shared with anyone other than PRNEWS.IO or made public?

The information you provide is to verify your identification with PRNEWS.IO. Your ID and other documents will not be shared with other users, including other members of the community.

2. When do I need to verify my ID?

It is important that you verify your ID and additional documents as soon as you create your account on PRNEWS.IO. This will allow you to withdraw the payments as soon as they are deposited.

3. How do I verify my documents and how does it work?

The step-by-step of our verification process is explained here. We ask that you refrain from sending your documents through a Customer Support request, as we are unable to verify them for you this way.

Note: PRNEWS.IO will never ask for KYC verification via email.

4. Is my information secure?

We take great care in maintaining the security of the site and your information, in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, destruction, or damage to it through industry-standard technologies and internal procedures.

Once we have received your data, we will use strict procedures and security measures to try to prevent unauthorized access. Learn more with our Privacy Policy.

5. What if I don't have the necessary documents requested?

You must verify your identity with a valid ID and some additional documents. This includes a driver's license, passport, or other valid ID included in the list found when you start the ID verification process. The IDs available vary per country. The same applies to business documents, such as certificates of incorporation, State registries, Tax registration certificates and Certificates of good standing.

6. Do I have to verify my identity?

Yes. PRNEWS.IO requires all publishers to go through a verification process. Customer Support is not able to start this process for you, nor are they able to verify your documents for you — this includes trying to verify through a ticket request.
