You have a degree of flexibility when it comes to managing and editing your articles.

Stage 1 - Adding and Editing Articles

You can request text edits at the stage of adding articles or when they are in the "In Progress" status. This is possible until the publisher has executed the placement, after which the status changes to "Awaiting Approval".

Stage 2 - Awaiting Approval

Once the article has been published, the status moves to "Awaiting Approval", meaning that the article has been posted and is live on the paid website. At this stage, you can only request edits if there is a clear discrepancy with the stated conditions on the platform or inconsistency with the agreed-upon text.

Publisher's Response to Changes

If you ask for additional edits while the article is at the "Awaiting approval" stage (beyond corrections due to discrepancies or inconsistency), the publisher may:

  1. Agree and implement the requested changes.

  2. Agree to make the changes, but ask for an additional fee.

  3. Refuse to make the changes due to the website's technical restrictions.

Stage 3 - Implementing and Approving Changes

If the changes are successfully implemented, you are required to check and approve within 3 business days. If no action is taken, our system will automatically approve the order on your behalf.

When Extra Charges Are Involved

If the publisher asks for an additional fee to make changes and you refuse to pay, the article must still be approved as it is. After that point, the order will be automatically approved, considered closed, and not open to refunds.

Publisher's Refusal to Make Changes

In situations where the publisher refuses to make the requested changes, the system will automatically confirm the publication. Consequently, the order will be considered closed and non-refundable.

By understanding the steps and procedures outlined in this guide, you can successfully manage your articles on our platform, ensuring your content aligns with your goals and expectations.
