Commissions are paid upon your request but only after you earn at least $10. You can make a request for the payment by pressing the “Withdrawal” button in the Affiliate Dashboard of your account.

For this go to Settings:

Then press an Affiliate Program:

Next step - find the Withdrawal:

So, now fill up all need information and just choose the sum of withdrawal.
