If you don't have an account, you can change the interface language in the footer of the Marketplace page.

If you have an account, you can change the language on the Account Settings page.

To get there please click the Gear icon button in the top menu and select Account Settings.

Then choose your preferred language in the Interface (Интерфейс) block.

Don't forget to hit the Save button once you have finished making your changes.
